
Vendor Participation Guidelines
General Application Fee: $75.00 per space.
■ Youth Vendor Application Fee (Age 20 and younger): $50.00 per space
■ Farmers, Non-Profits, and Government Agencies: No Charge with Verification
■ You must bring your own pop-up tent, table, chairs, etc. Not provided by event organizers.
■ Food vendors must present a valid health card.
■ Harvest-themed food & non-alcoholic beverages ONLY.
✔ Snack-sized food items only, no full plates.
✔ Theme Examples: Pumpkin fritters, peach cobbler, kettle corn, corn on the cob, raspberry tart, funnel cake, pumpkin soup, caramel apples, iced pumpkin spice latte, apple cider, pumpkin ice cream, etc.
✔ More Acceptable Food Examples: Pastries, pies, tarts, snacks, small bites, local fruit drinks, jams, stewed fruit made with local fall produce, etc. For additional questions, contact us at 340.774.6504 or 770.842.0081.
■ Retail: We encourage fall-themed items, but not required.
