Know Your Rights
Launched in 2024, the Teen Intervention & Criminal Deterrence “Know Your Rights” Program empowers teens to make informed decisions through interactive workshops in public schools. This program and its curriculum was created in partnership with then Chief Territorial Public Defender, Hon. Julie Smith Todman. Each year over 500 students in grades 5-12 learn how everyday behavior can have lasting legal and economic consequences.
