Vendor Applications Now Open
The Virgin Islands Justice Initiative (VIJI) is excited to announce that vendor applications are now open for the 5th Anniversary Harvest Festival & Pumpkin Patch, taking place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Magens Bay, St. Thomas.
The annual Harvest Festival brings together families, local businesses, farmers, artisans, nonprofits, and community organizations for an afternoon supporting the Virgin Islands Justice Initiative's programs which provide:
Free attorneys for every Virgin Islander who needs an expungement;
Free legal representation for non-profits;
Attorneys in the classroom for our youth to learn that engaging in criminal behavior can limit their ability to earn money in the future; and
Class actions and impact litigation by Virgin Islanders. of advancing justice, advocacy, and community empowerment.
Local makers, artists, crafters, food vendors, farmers, small businesses, political campaigns, non-profits, and government agencies are invited to submit their vendor application forms for a vendor space to showcase their products/services to hundreds of attendees in a fun, family-friendly environment featuring:
Tractor Hayride
Pumpkin Patch
Farmers Market
Youth Performances
Community Fair
Adult & Youth Vendors
Kids' Zone
Fall Photo-Op
"We're proud to create opportunities for local entrepreneurs, artists, and organizations to connect with the community while supporting a meaningful cause," said the Virgin Islands Justice Initiative Executive Director, Atty. Casey Payton. "Every vendor helps make this event a vibrant celebration of community, culture, and impact.”
Vendor spaces are limited and applications will be accepted through Friday, September 25, 2026.
